It is now possible to access Wild As The Wind products from anywhere in the world.
Wild As The Wind has partnered with Jetkrate to permit international customers to have full access to the Wild As The Wind product range.
Thankfully, no matter where you are in the world, it is possible to access Jetkrate services, simply by clicking the button below.
Wild As The Wind International Shopping
Shopping online with Wild As The Wind couldn’t be easier for international customers.
All you need to do is simply place the items you wish to buy from the Wild As The Wind online shop in your basket. When you are ready to check out, you will provide all of the usual information. The only difference will be that you provide the Jetkrate delivery address instead of your own.
If your order is below £75.00 GBP, you will charged the cost of sending a UK parcel via second class post. This is because Wild As The Wind will deliver your items to Jetkrate in the UK for you.
Please see Deliveries & Returns for more information about UK deliveries. Product returns for international shoppers are sightly different than the returns procedures for UK shoppers. Please see the International Returns section below for more information.
International shoppers can use most forms of payment. These include Apple Pay and PayPal, as well as most credit cards.
American Express is not supported.
International shopping with Wild As The Wind and Jekrate also allows you to purchase items from other UK online vendors. Please follow the links to Jekrate to find out more.
Additional Costs & Restrictions
Your UK purchases may attract a sales tax and import duties.
In addition, you may be restricted, by your government, as to what you are entitled to buy from abroad.
All governments are entitled to restrict the importing of items from abroad. Restricted items differ from country to country.
It is your responsibility to do the following before using the Jetkrate service to buy your Wild As The Wind products:
- Check if you will have to pay any additional customs and excise costs, over and above the cost of the Jetkrate service.
- Establish whether your country permits you to import all of the Wild As The Wind products you are interested in purchasing.
You can usually check which items are restricted on your government’s website. Simply search for “restricted items” and “restricted items by post” etc, in the allowable imports section of your government’s website.
Please do not contact Wild As The Wind or Jetkrate to assist you with this process, as we will not know the answer.
How Jetkrate Works
Using Jetkrate couldn’t be simpler. And, it’s a service that allows you to purchase items from all over the UK for delivery to your address as a combined bundle.
All you have to do is simply place your order, as normal, on the Wild As The Wind website, but instead of stating your home address as the delivery address, you will, instead, provide the address for Jetkrate.
The address provided will be for the Jetkrate warehouse in Preston.
Jetkrate will store your Wild As The Wind order without charge, for up to 30 days, while you research and place other UK orders for items that you need. Jetkrate will them combine and repack all of the orders you have designated to Jetkrate, and then dispatch your products via an international courier of your choice.
You will pay Jetkrate directly for international shipping.
European Orders
Wild As The Wind essential oils and facial oils can once more be purchased by European customers.
Wild As The Wind are delighted to be offering international shipping to Europe again. Prior to Brexit, there were many European customers for Wild As The Wind Essential Oils & Natural Skincare products.
In the past, European customers all placed their orders directly through the Wild As The Wind website, for the orders to be fulfilled and sent directly to their home address.
Using Jetkrate may take a little longer, but the benefits are clear. Using Jetkrate for multiple UK orders will reduce the cost of international shipping on an individual basis.
International Returns
Returns are only accepted from international shoppers if items are damaged in transit. Th cost of returning items to the UK is the responsibility of the customer.
